About Chen Chen's

Chen Chen's Nashville Hot Chicken started as a pop-up in Toronto in 2019 from chef Chen Chen, who was born in China and raised in Nashville. It grew into a permanent Toronto restaurant in 2021, went on to be named Yelp Canada's #1 Place to Eat in 2024, and has now brought the concept back to Chen's hometown, combining classic Nashville hot chicken with his own Asian-inspired flavors and sauces.
